The classic. Slim square pickets under a continuous top rail, clean on craftsman and contemporary homes alike, and the friendliest price point.
Strong, modern lines that make decks feel wider. A favourite on view homes and new construction across the valley.
Evenly spaced square pickets between aluminum posts and a continuous top rail. A timeless, secure guard that reads clean on classic and modern homes alike.
Slim vertical pickets topped with a row of decorative rings, set between aluminum posts and a continuous top rail. A refined accent that dresses up decks and stairs alike.
Shaped basket pickets bow out from the wall and close over a woven metal floor, a true balconet rather than a flat guard. A decorative statement beneath French doors and upper-storey windows.

Not for a long time. Our powder-coat finish is baked on, UV-stable, and far tougher than paint. It carries a finish warranty of up to 20 years* against peeling, cracking, and fading, so the colour you pick stays the colour you see. *The full 20-year term applies to inland jobs. Coastal and salt-air exposure carries a shorter term, as low as 10 years.
Aluminum gives you the same clean profile without the rust. Iron and steel need sanding and repainting every few years in our climate; powder-coated aluminum needs an occasional rinse. It's also lighter, which means less stress on your deck framing.
Almost always, yes. We install on wood, composite, and concrete. During the free consultation we check that your framing or slab can take the guard loads, and if it needs blocking or reinforcement, we'll tell you before you spend a dollar.
Residential guards in Washington are typically 36 inches minimum, with 42 inches required in many multi-family and commercial settings. We design every run to the code that applies to your specific project, including the 4-inch sphere rule for infill spacing.
Most residential aluminum projects install in one to two days once fabrication is complete. From design approval to finished railing is typically three to five weeks.
