Railing installation in Spokane.

Four season systems for the Inland Northwest, from South Hill view homes to Liberty Lake waterfront.

Overview

Spokane swings from July heat to January freeze, and cheap railings show it fast. We install powder coated aluminum, glass, and cable systems built for real four season weather, with finishes that do not fade, crack, or peel.

Working in Spokane

Freeze and thaw cycles destroy wood railings in Spokane. Water gets into the grain, freezes, and splits posts season after season. Aluminum does not absorb water, and the powder coat finish is baked on, so winter simply does not get a grip on it.

South Hill and Five Mile Prairie view homes take glass and cable well, and lake properties out at Liberty Lake and Newman Lake get the same marine grade stainless we use on Puget Sound work. Snow load and wind engineering are part of every design, not an upgrade.

Because Spokane is a three hour run from our Yakima shop, we group installations into dedicated trips. Booking a couple of weeks ahead gets you on the next route, and the site visit, 3D design, and itemized quote work exactly the same as they do on our side of the state.

We group Spokane installations into dedicated trips down I-90, usually a couple of times a month in season. Once your design is approved and materials are fabricated, you go on the next route. Most customers wait no longer than they would for a local contractor, and travel is already built into the quote.

Yes. Aluminum does not absorb water, so freeze and thaw cannot split it the way it splits wood, and the powder coat finish will not crack or peel in the cold. Every design also accounts for snow load and wind, so the engineering matches the climate.

Yes. We ship product statewide, so if you are comfortable with the installation we can supply the full system with drawings and hardware. Most Spokane customers still choose full installation, so it goes in to spec by pros we trust.
