Why Us

The railing you approve is the railing you get.

Designed in 3D on your real plans. Priced line by line before we start. Installed by vetted pros, and backed by 20-year material and finish warranties.

If you're comparing railing bids right now, you know the pattern. A number on a page, a handshake, and a lot of trust. We built our process so you never have to buy on trust. You see the finished railing before we build it. You approve the exact price before we start. And the same local team answers the phone for as long as you own it.

You see it before it's built.

02

We stand behind the whole job.

We fabricate your railing in-house to the measurements we take on site. Then vetted, professional installers we trust put it in and clean up like we were never there. Washington code is built into the design from the first drawing, so inspection day holds no surprises.

03

We're still here after the check clears.

You'll live with this railing for decades, which makes the warranty more important than the brochure. Ours is in writing. The aluminum carries a 20-year material warranty and the powder-coat finish is covered up to 20 years, with manufacturer warranties on top. A claim here isn't a phone tree. It's the same local, family-owned company that designed it and stands behind it.

Innovative Aluminum Systems warrants aluminum posts, rails, and pickets against material defects under normal use.
Finish

Up to 20-year powder coat finish warranty.

Powder-coat finish warranted against peeling, cracking, blistering, and excessive fading. Covered 10 to 20 years depending on your location.

Coverage excludes improper installation, normal weathering, impact or misuse, and labor for removal and reinstallation.

How to choose

Five questions to ask every railing company.

Whoever you're comparing, these answers predict how the project goes. Here's where we stand on each.

01

Will I see the design before I commit?

Our answer

Yes. In 3D, drawn to scale on your own plans, with a link sent to you.

02

Is the price itemized, and can it change?

Our answer

It's itemized line by line from your actual design. The price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Who actually installs it?

Our answer

Vetted, professional install partners we trust, working to our drawings and finish standards.

04

Is it designed to Washington code?

Our answer

From the first drawing. Guard heights, infill spacing, and load requirements are built into the design.

05

What happens if something fails in year six?

Our answer

If it's a material or finish defect, it's covered. The aluminum carries a 20-year material warranty and the powder-coat finish up to 20 years.

Take these questions to every bid you collect. If the answers all hold up, hire whoever you like. We're comfortable with where that comparison ends.
